Manager


After completing our in-house training period lasting several months, during which you will work the different positions of the Pum Team Member, you will then proceed with a six months to one year period as Assistant Manager. During this time, we will monitor you to ensure that your profile fits with the PUM spirit, and that you possess all the human and professional capacities to run a PUM Restaurant. At the end of this period you will work in the restaurant mainly on the floor and be the PUM ambassador. You will be the face of PUM in your town. On top of this, you will take care of the running of the restaurant, with the help of your Assistant Manager whose training you will also be responsible for, while taking care of the following points, among others:

Commercial: developing the income using a courteous, non-pressure sales policy and implementing local commercial marketing initiated by yourself and agreed by the company.
Technique: ensuring the compliance of procedures, recipes and operation of the restaurant in accordance with the concept and principles of PUM.
Management: team-building, recruitment and staff rota management
Cost Control: daily cashier closing, bank deposits, expenditure control and monitoring of a dashboard.

We may also ask you to contribute towards transversal missions, utilising your personal skill sets, qualities and personal knowledge (e.g. loyalty cards program, communication, recruitment, etc...). Taking in account the size of the point of sale you are running, a balance will be found between the time you spend on the work on the floor and the one you spend on management activities.

Manager

You must have a solid academic background, with a proven successful professional career, not necessarily in the restaurant industry. If you feel you could meet the challenge of running a dynamic outlet, all along being aware you will be working with a group where respecting the rules and procedures is fundamental to ensuring the consistency of all the units.
Some Knowledge of Thailand is a plus, speaking a foreign language is also a plus.
