Gai Phad Med Mamuang is a very classical and much appreciated Thai dish. Med Mamuang literaly means ‘mango seed’ and refers to cashew nuts because they are shaped like a mango seed!!!
Gai means chicken, this dish is traditionally eaten with chicken, that is why Pum has recommended it.
Served with Thai rice as a side dish.
