For the thrill-seekers, Lady P red curry paste is stir fried with the classical Khao Phad adding spice and fragrance to the dish. But be careful, remember the curry paste is made with red chillies, and if you eat this dish you might end up the same colour as the paste!!!
You can eat this dish with ‘Prik Nam Pla’, an atomic seasoning prepared with sliced ‘Prik Khee Noo’ chillies, Lady P fish sauce and lemon juice. Not to be put into everybody’s hands…
