Pum began cooking around the age of 10, starting with traditional cuisine taught by her grandmother.

She inherited her grandmother’s knowledge but, to make life more enjoyable and being influenced by the many countries she has lived and travelled in, she added her own touch of style, reinforcing the age-old recipes with her philosophy:
